Team CP3 is a non-profit organization designed to provide young men an opportunity to participate in the sport of basketball while gaining valuable life skills that will improve their quality of life.  The Paul family has devoted their time and resources to create an organization of excellence that centers around the development and well-being of each student athlete involved with the program.  This mission is reflected in the actions of the Paul family and the services of Team CP3.

The Paul family focuses on hiring qualified adults to assist in creating a nurturing environment that employs a holistic approach to the development of student athletes. All coaches serve as more than a basketball coach. CP3’s coaches serve as mentors to their players, while also maintaining a current academic log for their respective teams. The organization assists in student athletes’ academic progress by offering SAT and ACT tutorial sessions.  This service has been instrumental in helping CP3 alumni’s qualify to play at the next level.

Team CP3's coaching staff takes a team centered approach that is instilled in the players within the organization. It is important that CP3 All Stars understand the importance and display a willingness to accept assigned roles. Teaching young men to put team goals in front of their individual goals is a difficult task. However, it becomes a great asset that will lead to success both on and off the floor. The Paul family provides a living testament for Team CP3.
